Despite whatever you may have heard, buying property in Morocco is very simple and quick, once you see a property on our website or by subsequent e-mail, we would then arrange for you to visit, we would collect you from the airport or the ferry, arrange low cost accomodation close to the area where you are considering, thus allowing you to live the life for a few days to ensure you are completely happy with the area!.
Only when you are ready will we show you houses or plots of land that may suit your requirements, we will also show you other property in the area that may not exactly suit but this process will allow you to judge value for money!, should you see anything that you like we will consider making an offer on your behalf, we will of course advise you but finally what you offer must be your decision alone, should you be lucky and your offer is accepted, we will open a bank account here in Morocco, very simple,quick and free, we would then negotiate a holding deposit we will negotiate this but usually between 5 to 10% of the total agreed price.
Once the deposit is accepted we will set a date for the final completion, which can literally be the following day, but is normally between one or two months after the signing of the comprise de vente and placing a deposit we then arrange all the legalities and take you through the final completion, once signed you simply take the keys to YOUR House, we will sign over th utilities to you and arrange any works should you require!
