There are numerous New Developments and Off Plan Opportunities here along the North Coast of  Morocco, however of all these Developments we only choose to Market perhaps eight or nine at any one time, WHY?

Having Successfully established ourselves in Morocco for over two years, we are constantly approached to market New Developments and Off Plan Projects many of these requests are immediately denied on the ground that, The Location is not good, the Development has been badly designed, they may be to expensive, these are just a few of the reasons why a Development may be Rejected.

However if at first glance the Development seems fine, we then look in depth at the developer, their Track Record, Cash Flow, Balance Sheets, and a whole lot more.

We then look at the actual Development or Off Plan Project to ensure that the land is in fact owned by the Developer, or have they simply paid a deposit and will use you payments to complete the Development!, is the land Mortgaged if so to whom and for how much, are all the Building Permits and Licenses in Place.

Unlike many of our competitors who may work from home in Europe and are completely unregulated, we are a Registered Moroccan Company, with our REAL Offices located within the Medina of Asilah, and as such are strictly regulated.
